About Crossroads
The Crossroads Group was started in 2007 for the purpose of acquiring and starting up ventures held by our partners, Paul Gabrail, Andrew Strigle, Michael Gabrail, and other limited partners. We look to invest in real estate, currently operating businesses, and start-up ventures both solely and with partners that have experience in the fields we are entering.
We currently own and manage 800+ apartment suites and one 50,000 square foot office building alongside our partners, Select Investment Group and United Assets. In addition, we have land slated for development, outdoor/indoor storage facilities, product manufacturing businesses, a lending arm, and small start-ups that we believe have the potential to add great value for our investors and investments.

Paul Gabrail
Paul graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in economics. He worked in the Finance industry until moving to Cleveland, Ohio in 2004 to begin Select Investment Group. Here Paul pursued his Masters in Accountancy at John Carroll University. Since 1997, Paul has assisted investors to identify and acquire underperforming assets that have outperformed competing transactions being considered by those investors. He currently resides in Richfield, Ohio.

Andrew Strigle
Andrew graduated from Ohio University with a dual degree in Finance and Management Information Systems. Prior to Select Investment Group, he held a senior position in the Risk Management division at National City Corporation while pursuing his Masters in Business Administration, and later worked with a boutique real estate brokerage firm. In January 2008, Andrew moved positions to become a Partner in Select Investment Group where he has since identified and assisted in all of SIG's property acquisitions. Andrew currently resides in Macedonia, Ohio with his wife, Jennifer, and holds an active Real Estate License in good standing with the state of Ohio.
