Select Investment Group

 Select Investment Group (SIG) currently owns and manages over 700 multi-family units, over 50,000 square feet of office space, and is involved in two single family residential developments totaling 131 homes.

We have a strong management team incorporating property management, brokerage and finance. Our associated legal and accounting professionals are able to assist us in finding, analyzing, and seeking the returns our private and institutional investors are looking to yield. The founders of Select Investment Group set out to create a company that is paid for their performance, as opposed to the very typical transaction that has pre-loaded fees not tied to the transaction's investment results.


United Assets LLC

Founded and operated by former Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Tight End, Darnell Sanders, United Assets currently owns and operates single family homes and apartment suites in the Cleveland metropolitan area. While playing football for the Cleveland Browns and Atlanta Falcons, Sanders started his acquisition of real estate in Cleveland and has been a landlord ever since. He partnered up with Crossroads Group in 2009 to start ADP Properties and was in charge of rehabilitation of all acquisitions.

SIG Capital LLC

Founded in 2008 as the lending arm to Select Investment Group and The Crossroads Group. SIG Capital is interested in investing anywhere from $25,000 to $250,000 into real estate deals that have reasonable LTV and good growth potential. To date, SIG Capital has invested over $5MM in real estate deals throughout Northeast Ohio.
