Select Investment Group (SIG) currently owns and manages over 700 multi-family units, over 50,000 square feet of office space, and is involved in two single family residential developments totaling 131 homes. We have a strong management team incorporating property management, brokerage and finance. Our associated legal and accounting professionals are able to assist us in finding, analyzing, and seeking the returns our private and institutional investors are looking to yield. The founders of Select Investment Group set out to create a company that is paid for their performance, as opposed to the very typical transaction that has pre-loaded fees not tied to the transaction's investment results.

Access Outdoor Storage provides secure outdoor storage in a location convenient to those in Northern Ohio. Our facility is the largest of its kind in the Greater Cleveland area, with space for individual vehicles or fleets of trucks and semi-trailers. Park your vehicle for the winter or a week! All items can be accessed from a secure area 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Toso Cigars
Tosa is a private label cigar line featuring hand rolled premium cigars. Hand rolled in Dominican Republic, Tosa's original blend is offered in three sizes and is comprised of tobacco from 4 countries.
Tosa's principal is a contributor to the Carlos Toraño tasting panel and a proud member and ambassador of
Cigar Rights of America (CRA).
Shaker Square Apartments
Shaker Square Apartments is located in the historic district of Cleveland called Shaker Square. Our portfolio consists of 15 buildings, 308 units, surrounding the Square. We are within walking distance to Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Clinic and we are only a short bus or car drive from University Hospitals and John Carroll University. We fully remodel every suite we purchase to include new cabinets, brand new granite countertops, new bathrooms, new windows, and electrical throughout. We are also conveniently located a few yards from the Rapid Transit bus and train stops that take you all the way to downtown and the airport.
ADP Properties
ADP Properties has purchased and rehabbed over $2.5MM in real estate since May 2009. Our target rehab is single family homes in the inner ring suburbs of Cleveland such as: Warrensville Heights, Maple Heights, Garfield Heights, and Cleveland Heights. We fully rehabilitate every property to make sure it is of highest quality, which may include, but not limited to, new roofing, new siding, new plumbing, electrical, drywall, kitchens, and bathrooms. Have good quality houses not only makes it nicer for our tenants but enables us to buy more instead of worrying about maintenance issues down the road.
Concept Capital
Through our company Concept Capital, we look to invest $10K to $100K of start-up capital into a business as equity or convertible debt to help get a business going.
Dynasty Owner
Being released in Summer 2012, this new fantasy sports experience will allow its users to manage a real Dynasty. They will be able to act as Owner, General Manager, and Coach in making week by week selections as long as locking in young talent in long term contracts that replicate the actual contract.
This is truly a game changing method of fantasy sports.
